Welding

• Pipes and tanks from Ø100mm to Ø4000mm fits the WeldingDroid WS.

• Oscillation with stops is an integrated option.

• With lengths up to 14 meters and a weight up to 6 tonnes a variety of applications can be welded.

• Carbon steel, stainless, high alloy can all be welded.

• TIG, MIG/MAG and AC/DC welding is possible.

• Hotwire for thicker material.

Datacollection

• With DroidHub online data collection all relevant WPS data is collected and stored for documentation purposes.

• Wireless controller with pre-set weld parameters from our cloud based system DroidData, depending on application and power source.

• Display of all weld data in our DroidDisplay dashboard and on our app for iOS and Android.

Return on investment

• Increased productivity with 4-6 times faster weldings. A stainless Ø400 x 3 mm is welded in less than 6 minutes, including 10 mm overlap. A stainless Ø960 x 3 mm is welded in 13 minutes, including a 10mm overlap.
